Elicia Felix-Hughey is VP of Human Resources for The Octave Music Group, where she is responsible for all aspects of the global HR function for Octave and its subsidiaries. Elicia has spent the past 15+ years as an HR leader in the entertainment/music industry at companies like Sony/ATV Music Publishing, EMI Music Publishing, and The Harry Fox Agency (HFA).  Elicia has an MBA from The Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University.

James Parker is a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Glassdoor, where his team works together to scale the US sales business and overall international recruiting. Prior to Glassdoor, James created and implemented the national recruiting strategy for XSport Fitness, and helped Motorola recruit top talent while transitioning from a Google to Lenovo company. 

Dillon Wuerth was most recently Head of Partnerships at Newton Software. He was hired by Newton in 2014 as the first salesperson and booked 150+ clients on Newton with 97% customer retention. Eventually he came into management of all ATS partner relationships from inception to implementation, while assisting with Sales Enablement across Newton & Paycor. Prior to Newton, Dillon was part of the team at SimplyHired, a job search engine.
