We are excited to announce that the latest release of Newton is now live! Taking feedback from our current customers, the major focus of this release is Echo All Email functionality as well as Bulk Actions – User Assignment. Both of these features were designed with improving the speed and ease of workflows in Newton, making your life as a recruiter that much easier.

Echo All Emails

Managing your recruitment process is no easy task; and working with many different applications is no help. We are excited to announce that Newton now has the ability to “echo” your email replies right back into the Newton application.

Simplify Your Workflow

With so many different applications being used in today’s workforce, it can get very time consuming having to switch back and forth in order to get the job done. Not to mention the disruption to your workflow.

When it comes to sending emails this disruption can turn into a complete derailment of your current thought process. When was the last time you opened your work email and didn’t have something to read or respond to? For most people the answer is never.

With Newton’s new echo all emails feature, replies to outbound emails sent from Newton flow back into the appropriate candidate or job newsfeed. This saves you time that would normally be spent matching emails in your inbox to candidates in your pipeline.

This feature also comes in handy when it comes time to report on your recruiting activities. By having all of the relevant information about your communications with candidates all in one place you can quickly pull the data you need when you need it.

Save Time with Bulk Actions – User Assignment

Another great time saving addition to Newton, our bulk actions – user assignment feature lets admins change user assignments, replace users on jobs, and change user roles on jobs in bulk through the new “Jobs” tab within a user record.

Spend Less Time Organizing and More Time Recruiting

Much like how the Echo All Emails feature saves hiring managers and recruiters time, bulk actions will greatly reduce the time it takes for Newton admins to manage their account.
