New Release Keeps Newton at the Forefront of Applicant Tracking System Innovation

Less than a month since Newton’s last major release and we already have some exciting new features to share with you! At Newton, we are driven by the desire to provide dynamic solutions to the ever-changing landscape of hiring and recruiting. We pride ourselves on shipping more product releases than any other applicant tracking system and our latest updates further build upon this legacy of innovation. Headlining this release are bulk move and bulk actions, a home page job filter, and several other upgrades sure to provide further enhancements to the user experience of our customers.

Bulk Move & Bulk Actions

Bulk candidate move and bulk candidate actions are features originally requested by several of our customers, so we are ecstatic to get them live in Newton. This functionality is especially exciting for those of you who have evergreen jobs that you are constantly hiring for within your applicant tracking system. Bulk move and bulk actions allow you to better manage these positions and empower you to monitor the analytics for such positions as well.

Home Page Job Filter

ATS software

With our home page dashboard job filter, we further simplify the user-friendly navigation of our ATS software. When looking for a specific requisition, you will no longer have to play “Where’s Waldo?” with your job listings.

That’s Not All!

We like gifts that keep on giving. This release also includes modified Echo commands, filters for long lists of minimum qualification questions, and the ability to save customized document types in the candidate page.
