It’s cornucopia of new releases for users of Newton’s ATS Software. Our engineering team just rolled out another series of upgrades that are ready for customers to use now! Yes – that’s two releases in two weeks – a round of applause for our team in the Rockies.


✓ Reporting enhancements. You can now extend candidate pipeline history reports. We did a little happy dance, too. Plus, we’re working on some major reporting and recruiting analytics enhancements for early 2016.

✓ New email alerts. Newton’s approach to email alerts has always been thoughtful because we know that people actually need to read them. Email alerts on new applicants now let you know if someone has passed or failed on the minimum requirements, eliminating the need to visit a candidate’s record to find this out.

✓ Want to clone an email templates? Go right ahead. We wanted to as well so we made another quick improvement to our already killer email template functionality.

✓ Resumes on every template – Check. Applications on every template – Check. Admin Users now have the ability choose a default setting where every template includes the resume AND the application. Because we like AND’s more than OR’s.

✓ Don’t blink, *Flash*, and it’s gone. That’s right, the Admin area has been migrated to HTML5. For us non-technical minded folks, that means performance enhancements and the ability to run on any computer or mobile device, regardless of browser choice- just like the rest of the Newton ATS software platform.
