The era of big data recruiting has arrived. Or has it? While some organizations are capturing and analyzing vast pools of recruiting data to gain insights and strategic advantages, these early adopters are few and far between. For the rest, big data recruiting is arguably still a pipe dream. That’s not to say there aren’t opportunities for employers to make data-driven hiring decisions.
