Many recruiting teams today are using social media in recruiting efforts – but the degree varies widely, with many companies sharing open jobs on social channels and little else. According to Brandon Hall Group’s State of Talent Acquisition 2014 Report, less than 1 in 10 hiring organizations has a formal strategy for leveraging social technology across their talent acquisition process. Much of what recruiters in the remaining 93% of companies know about social talent acquisition has been learned through trial-and-error, ad hoc efforts – which are both ineffective and risky.

The goal of this survey is to identify key practices for building a strategy that leverages social media and social technology effectively in order to improve overall talent acquisition performance. The survey has about 30 questions and, depending on your answers, will take approximately 15 minutes of your time to complete.
