Newton Enhances Applicant Tracking System to Address Section 503 and VEVRAA Regulation Changes

Applicant Tracking System

IMPORTANT: This update may be critical to your business. The Federal Government’s rule changes are just around the corner. In order to address the newly minted OFCCP regulations we have a critical enhancement on the way. This functionality will be available to employers on March 21,2014.

What this means: After March 24, 2014 government contractors will be required to solicit disability information from applicants. There is also a new reporting requirement for protected veterans. Companies will be required to comply with the new regulations based on the date of their affirmative action plans.

You are invited to join Newton’s product team for a presentation of the new compliance functionality.

When: Friday, March 21 at 10:00am PT
Who should attend: We urge customers that are using Newton’s EEO/OFCCP functionality to attend this webinar. For employers not using Newton’s applicant tracking system, we welcome you to this register to learn more about how our team addresses issues related to recruitment compliance. If you are not yet a Newton customer, we ask that you register with a work email address only.
