The Newton Gravity App is an employee referral application that’s social, mobile and engaging. Employers create referral programs to recognize and reward employees that take an active part in the hiring process. Gravity makes it easy for every employee to share jobs, vouch for the applicants they know and receive incentives for being team players.

Alerts: Employees can elect to receive alerts (daily, weekly or none) when there are new jobs added to The Gravity App.
Customize: Create a custom image for your company that will appear anytime one of your employees shares a job.
Admin: Admins can remove users and download lists of users.
Reports: Run stats and reports to track shares, referrals and hires.
History: Employees can see previous monthly leaderboards.
Faster: We’ve made performance upgrades to make The Gravity App load faster and work better on every device and browser.
