We’ve partnered with DocuSign, the leading digital transaction provider, to bring a streamlined, compliant, and secure digital offer letter experience. With this latest release, companies can create and send their offer letters to candidates directly through Newton’s applicant tracking system. By moving to digital offer letters, the hiring team increases visibility, controls the process, and shortens the time it takes to get the offer to the candidate. Real-time alerts also let you know when a candidate has opened or signed the document, allowing for the appropriate follow up at the right time. Candidates can view the offer letter from any device and can then sign it digitally, reducing friction and enabling them to sign the offer faster.
