November Expert Sessions – Updates to Recruiting Technology and More

Newton is excited to announce two new releases including, the Newton Marketplace. Employers using Newton’s recruiting technology already automatically post jobs to our partner job sites, Indeed, SimplyHired, and LinkedIn. This month, we’re rolling out a new partnership with Monster that empowers users to purchase and promote jobs to Monster directly from Newton.

Join our the ATS experts from Newton’s Customer Success team for additional session where they will expand on tips for sharing your jobs on Social Media with Newton’s free apps: The Gravity App, for employee referrals, and the Now Hiring app, for Facebook. Wednesday, November 4: Sharing Jobs on Social Media  REGISTER
Newton offers two great tools to share jobs on social media: Use the “Now Hiring” app to display jobs on your company’s Facebook page, and allow employees to share jobs on any social media platform with The Gravity App, Newton’s employee referral tool.

Wednesday, November 11: Introducing the Newton Marketplace REGISTER
At a time when small and medium-size employers are looking for the best ways to attract new employees, Monster and Newton are collaborating to provide employers with unprecedented efficiency in creating job ads. Learn how to promote your jobs to Monster directly through the new Newton Marketplace.

Wednesday, November 18: Candidate De-Duplication REGISTER
Clean up your candidate pool with Newton’s candidate de-duplication tool. If an applicant applies to the same job twice, they’ll have two records in Newton. Use the candidate de-dupe tool to merge the records without losing any new information.

Wednesday, November 25: Happy Thanksgiving! STAY HOME WITH FAMILY AND EAT TOO MUCH
